Delivery Time

The availability of your desired item is displayed directly on the respective product page. This allows you to see immediately whether the item is in stock or incoming. If there are delivery delays, we will inform you promptly.

Deliveries by freight forwarding are always arranged with a phone call. DHL will contact you after taking over the goods and schedule a delivery appointment with you.

Parcel Service

Small and lightweight items such as faucets, bathroom accessories, and spare parts are shipped via parcel service. Shipping to parcel stations is generally not possible.

Bulky Goods

Larger and lightweight items such as shower drains, bathroom accessories, and shower trays are shipped as bulky goods. Shipping to parcel stations is generally not possible.

Freight Forwarding

Items shipped on pallets (e.g., bathtubs and bathroom furniture sets), as well as mixed shipments of freight forwarding and smaller items, will be delivered by freight forwarding. Standard DHL freight forwarding delivery is to the curbside.

Items with Delivery Date

If you order an item with a longer delivery time, we will inform you in good time by email or phone as soon as the goods are ready for shipment. Freight forwarding shipments will be scheduled by phone.

For the payment method "Prepayment," shipping will only take place after full payment has been received. If the ordered goods are unavailable, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments received.

Regulations for Transport Damage

Please check the goods for possible damage (both external and internal) immediately upon delivery.

If you discover damage, leave the goods in their current condition and do not use them. Report the damage to us immediately. Also, take photos of the damage and packaging (even if it is not damaged), as this documentation is required for a claims process.

Types of Damage:

  • Visible Damage (Packaging is damaged): This must be noted on the delivery documents at the time of delivery and signed by the responsible carrier. Note the date, time, and, if possible, the truck’s license plate. Damage claims for transport damages are excluded without this documentation!
  • Hidden Damage (Not visible from the outside): If the packaging is intact but the contents are damaged, report such damages immediately in writing to our service department (no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods). We will arrange for a quick pickup and replacement.
